Orders & Delivery Payment

You can pay securely on our site. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. Cards which do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted. Your payment will be taken as soon as the order has been placed.  We also accept payment via Paypal where you can use any payment method on their growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country.If you are ordering from outside the UK you will pay in GBP (British Pounds), your bank/card provider will convert to your local currency.  We will send you a confirmation email with tracking details once we have dispatched your INKS.

United Kingdom £9.50 (Endangered Inks has the right to amend these costs as per change in tarifs,)

Worldwide Delivery

EU £50.00 / Rest of World £120.00 (Endangered Inks has the right to amend these costs as per change in tarifs,)

All INKS are packed securely and sent via tracked & signed services.

To ensure your INK gets to you safely a signature will be required on delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your INK the courier will leave instructions for collection or re-delivery,  If your package arrives visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the courier delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”. 

Duty & Taxes

Orders shipping to outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes. We do not cover these costs, it is your responsibility to cover these, they are usually payable once the order arrives in its destination country.  As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office if you have any questions. 

Lead times 

ORIGINAL INKS will arrive with you within 4 weeks. If your order is particularly urgent or you require it for a specific email info@endangeredinks.com and we will do our best to help.

Returns

We hope you will love your new INK but if for any reason you don’t feel its found its forever home with you you can return it to us within 7 days of the date of delivery and receive a refund. Refunds do not include delivery costs. To ensure your INK is eligible for a refund you must return it to us undamaged and in its original packaging. Please note Private Commissions, as they have been custom made for you, are excluded from being returned.  

Returns process :

1. Please email info@endangeredinks.com as soon as you can to tell us about the INK you wish to return, include your name and order number. We will reply to you with further information that we may require you include with your return in order for us to process as quickly as possible when it arrives back with us. 

2 : Please repackage your INK securely in its original packaging to the address below. You will be responsible for paying for return postage, we strongly recommend you return using a tracked and/or insured service with proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Endangered Inks, RONDOR, PONTYCLUN, CF72 9EZ, UNITED KINGDOM

3 : Once we have received and inspected your Ink we will send you an email confirming your refund.  

Refunds

Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 21 days for funds to appear back in your account. Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

How can I pay?

Are payment details secure?

We take online security very seriously. We work with trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of your personal data. All payment details are entered on a secure server and the transfer of the purchase details information is encapsulated using encrypted and digitally signed protocol which is secure and tamper-proof. 

What do I do if I’m having problems placing an order online?

Email info@endangeredinks.com we will be happy to help. 

Why is the website declining my payment?

Check you have entered all details correctly, if the name and/or address entered does not match the billing name and address it will be declined. If your details are correct and the problem is still occurring email info@endangeredinks.com we will be happy to help. 

Do you accept payment in other currencies?

We currently only accept orders in GBP (British Pounds), your bank/card company will make the necessary conversions to your local currency and apply any related conversion charges. 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses.  

Is VAT included in the retail price? 

For orders made from the UK and EU 20% any applicable VAT charges will be included in the retail price. If you require a VAT receipt email info@endangeredinks.com and we will be happy to help. For all other countries purchases are VAT free.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Email info@endangeredinks.com as soon as possible, we will not be able to cancel or amend an order already on its way to you, but you will be able to return it for a refund.    

Why haven’t I received an email with tracking details?

Check the spam folder in your inbox. If the confirmation email from us isn’t there email info@endangeredinks.com and we will resend your tracking details.The tracking service may not be available in a small number of countries. 

Why haven’t I received my order?

If your INK has not been delivered within the timescales indicated in your order confirmation email info@endangeredinks.com and we will be happy to help. 

I’m not going to be in for my delivery, what do I do?

The courier will leave instructions on collection or re-delivery, it is your responsibility to re-arrange with them. If you don’t receive instructions email info@endangeredinks.com and we will be happy to help. Please be aware if delivery is not possible your INK may be returned to us, we will deduct any return shipping costs incurred from your refund.  

What will happen if I don’t pay the import duty or taxes?

Please be aware failure to pay may result in your Ink being returned to us, we will deduct any charges and return shipping costs incurred from your refund.   

Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange my INK?

We do not offer exchanges, you will need to return the INK originally ordered for a refund and place a new order. 

Will my delivery charges be refunded?

Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.    

Why haven’t I received my refund?

Check with your bank/credit card company as it may be taking them longer than usual to post your refund. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, email info@endangeredinks.com and we will be happy to help. 

My INK arrived damaged or incorrect, what do I do?

We are so sorry that you have had problems with your INK, email info@endangeredinks.com as soon as possible your order for us to resolve this. We may ask you to send images and/or videos of any damage for our records. 

My INK, How can I be sure my INK is authentic?

INKS originals are hand signed and for INKS prints, these are numbered by the artist and both come with a certificate of authentication. 

Do I have to frame my INK?

To maintain its high quality your INK should be protected from harmful UV and everyday dust and dirt, so we do recommend you frame your INK as soon as possible.  Your framer will advise best materials for your needs.

May I use any frame for my INK?

Yes you can. We recommend you receive your INK before buying a frame as each INK may vary slightly in size, the dimensions on the product pages are intended for guidance only. 

May I commission an original artwork from ENDANGERED INKS?

Of course, we would be delighted to hear from you, in the first instance please email info@endangeredinks.com and we can send you our commissioning process. 

Is your packaging recyclable?

We use recycled and recyclable materials and alternative to plastic wherever possible. Where we need to use plastic to protect your INK in transit we also try and ensure it can be recycled. Please don’t forget to pop your packaging in the recycling when you no longer need it. 

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you have received from us. If you experience any issues email info@endangeredinks.com and we will be happy to help. 

ENDANGERED INKS

How much do you donate to conservation charities and projects?

We donate 20% of the retail price (excluding VAT) of every INK sold. 

Do you donate INKS for charity auctions?

If you would like to be considered for a donation please email info@endangeredinks.com

Would you consider working with other charities or conservation projects?

We are always open to learning about fantastic conservation projects and how we may help by getting involved. Please email info@endangeredinks.com

Is there an INKS exhibition near me?

Currently INKS are only available to view online. Sign up to be our mailing list to be the first to receive news or follow us to get all the information when we do exhibit!
